Tiffany Style Lamps.  They are WONDERFUL, GORGEOUS, Colorful, amazing, unusual, unique.  I could go on and on.  I love to look at them, own them, talk  about them, and even sell them.   There is one thing that should be mentioned  when you go to buy a Tiffany style lamp.  Be flexible when it comes to colors.

All those colors in a lamp can vary and be many shades different than in the picture. This does not mean the Lamp is less beautiful.  There can be  more colors than you realize, that maybe the picture does not even pick up.  A good idea is to read the description,  IF , they have one.  Not all suppliers have color descriptions.   Another site might  offer the primary colors.   Great!  Other colors could be present as well in smaller degrees.   Some times they get the primary colors WRONG.  This is unfortunate, but true.  I had a company put pinks down as a primary color, but the lamp was clearly orange, not pink.  Returning a lamp can cost you 20 to 30 percent restocking fees, so take your time and be flexible.

Never set your self up and try to match exact colors.  Allowing your self some freedom on the colors and shades of colors will help  you to enjoy your shopping experience and purchase the right Tiffany Style  Lamp or Window Panel for your home.   The bottom line is that they are just so BEAUTIFUL in any color.  They are worth a little color risk.  Remember they are all pieces of art.

For the new office in my house, I wanted to create a warm, inviting décor. And, in my opinion, nothing defines the ambiance of a room more than the lighting. Looking through Country ,  and Contemporary magazines,  I get so many ideas for that mansion I would like to have some day.   I will need a mansion for all the different types of decor that I would like to try.  Every now and then,  I notice the use of a hanging lamp in the  Bedroom, Den or  living room.

For sure, the Dining room IS one of the most important rooms in any home.   This is where we come together to eat, laugh, talk about our day , and maybe even play some board games when time allows.   If this sounds old fashioned, it is.   Years ago the dinning room was one of the most important rooms in the home.   I guess many or most over look this part of the home now days with eating in front of the TV.

As a younger observer, growing up, the lamp that hung over our dining area was always a memorable sight. The good, the bad and the ugly. My Aunts house, Grandmas, Friends and our own home.
